Propeller Removal Bravo 1

I have had to change props bef

I have had to change props before on a Alfha 1 -- Now I have a Bravo 1 and not sure whats going on but there is a sleve over the nut on it and not sure how to remove it?
I want to send a pic but do not no how to upload ?
