"Hi Everyone. I am in the process of winterizing my engine and fuel tank. I would like to check the fuel filter in the 3 gallon tank that came with my 9.8 four stroke engine. Does the fuel output tube turn to remove it from the tank? The filter is located at the end of the tube. It seems very tight to me, and I don't want to break it.
