I have been talking with other boat owners here in Buffalo, NY. They are telling me not to use after run "fogging" oil in the cylinders for winter storage. I thought I read in the owners manual of my Tohatsu to use the after run fogging oil. Am I correct on this?

"You are correct, they are wrong...Sort of. It is in the manual and in some Yankee environments it is a great idea. But, if your engine is stored in a climate controlled area it would be unnecessary."
