"I have a 1998 5.7gsi that cranks but won't start. Seems I'm not getting 12volts at the low pressure fuel pump(or high pressure pump either) I get 12 volts at the 20amp circuit breaker and 12 volts at on side of the fuel pump relay,but not the other)( so the pumps won't pressurize. I do get a code "33 " from the data link connector. Can anyone help? Been at this all day today and am truley stumped and frustrated...Thanks"
