"Not sure what to order to fix
"Not sure what to order to fix this. No dealer in my area. Even when releasing the Manual Release valve screww, the engine will not go all the way down. Cycled it and tried 100 times, even stood on the lower end for more weight. No obvious blockage anywhere outside. Trim motor seems to be pumping OK. What do I need? Thanks."
