"Ive got a 1996 6.5 cz23.
Went to put a new impeller in,took the old one out,put the new in ,no water came out,took it out fliped it primed the hose,no water.
Put the old one in water came out,went and got a sherwood,put it in no water came out,put the old one in ,water came right out??? WTF,any help"

Are you sure the replacement impeller is the exact same size? Number of blades? Are you setting the blades into the housing with the proper orientation/curve to them?"
