"hello and good day, I think i have read every post in this section over the last three days,i feel safe I am not requesting previous information, i hope!?
I have a 1989 sunray with a 2.3L ford, omc sterndrive,(used and I'm a new boat owner) my question is I would like to know the original prop that came with the boat,I had a 17 by 13 1/4 and it is a dog out of the hole, not a chance at pulling a 200lb skier up. with this prop my rpm is 4800@40MPH. I have changed the prop to a 15 by 13 3/4, jumps out of the hole but....5000rpm@32mph, too much?"
