Honda 225 clutch ahead rough running

when engine is clutched in it

when engine is clutched in it runs rough like it has bad fuel changed every fuel filter on there and no luck when you ohm test the coils what should they read? when you come up past clutch engine runs fine. any ideas???

"If by clutched in you mean the motor is trimmed all the way down, the problem may be that your exhaust relief is below water and restricting the exhaust. If so, the engine is probably mounted too low.

The tilt of the engine should have nothing to do with the spark.

Do not know the resistance readings of the coils but they should all be about the same."

Tyler - I really don't understand your problem. What do you mean by "clutched?"

Coils on a 225 are seldom a problem unless you have a large number of hours on the engine. So why do you think you have a coil problem?
