"91 DP-A drive on 26' carv

"91 DP-A drive on 26' carver stuck in up position. No noise @ all coming from hydrolic motor and there's plenty of oil in reservoir. Any sugestions where to start the troubeshooting? 2 pics attached of hyd.motor and up/down control on bridge.

"This may sound very "Back Yard", but tap on the relays and on the motor with a small metal object.... hard enough to shock them some.
You've got some older equipment there!
One or the other, may need to be replaced.

Also check continuity at the helm switch, relays and/or any harness plugs that may be within the wiring harness. Pull them apart/spray w/ a corrosion blocker/put back together.
