"I have a four stroke 1983 Yam

"I have a four stroke 1983 Yamaha that will not pass 2300 rpm under power. Reaches full rpm with idle arm. New filters, clean carbs, new fuel lines and bulb. I suspect fuel pump?? Having trouble locating parts prior to 1984. help"
