"I have notice after a few hours on the river there is water in the blige area, not enough for the bilge pump to pump out but enough to run out of Bung hole what I put her back on the trailer, Is this normal?"
 
Look under the engine water ci

Look under the engine water circulating pump for a small hole called a weep hole. It starts to drip when the bearing seal wears out. Also check the pump bolts where it connects to the block. Look and feel the hoses at the connections. Look for a thin rust trail running down the side of the engine. Block drains may be partially open due to rust in the way.
