I have had this problem ever s
I have had this problem ever since i have owned the boat. Its a 1982 20' Century with a 228 in it. Not every time but most of the time when i leave it in the water overnight the next morning it will start and idle fine but when i shift into gear it dies. If i take the boat out of the water and put it back in the next morning it never does it. When this happen i usually have to idle it high and shift into gear and take off quick to keep it running. Any suggestions?
