Saw in previous discussion re 496 Mag. [ECM 555 discontinued line. The new 496 HO are now coming with PCM 555. Does any on know if these are inter changeable? I will raise with merc.
 
No - different connectors'

No - different connectors' pinouts is the first big hurdle. I'm sure the list is a bit longer.
