Tilt Trim Problem

What do you hear when you try

What do you hear when you try to go down?
a) nothing
b) relay clicking
c) pump running
 
"then you have an open in the

"then you have an open in the control circuit from the shift handle to the relay. need to look for power along that wire with a multimeter. Wouldn't be a fuse because the same fuse/breaker runs the UP function. Start at the relay. If you have no voltage there with the switch activated, work your way back to the switch on the shifter.
