60 h fuel is not entering the cylinders

"I am not getting fuel into the bottom two cylinders, nor fuel into the bottom two carbs, but there is good spark in all the plugs. I have already cleaned the carberators three times and wondering what else could be causing the problem. It also surges at full throttle. Thanks"

if you have fuel to the carbs but not in the carbs then probably a stuck carb float needle valve. remove carb drain plugs and pump primer bulb to free up the needle. may have to replace that needle valve

I now have fuel in the carbs but still no gas to the cylinders. Could I have a stuck valve?

Now I have wet sparkplugs but still no firing. ???
