"I have one that I bought off ebay last year for a friend. Meanwhile he sold the boat, and it is not needed.
It was tested by Amhearst Marine who I bought it from. It was used in freshwater only, fits any Alpha from 1991 on, and will work with any drive ratio.
Ready to bolt on and go.
I want $450 for it (what I paid) plus shipping.
Rebuilding your blown lower unit will cost much more than this, and will not last if not done right. A replacement Merc or even SEI will cost much more.
