"Where the flywheel housing and transom plate connect I have a bolt, spacer, spring looking washer and the nut. I know the nut goes on the bottom where it fits.
My question is does the spacer go between the mount and transom adapter or does the spring looking washer go there?
When I took it apart it was hard to reach and all that stuff fell in the bilge.
