"My voltage gauge has been showing the voltage dropping and is now flashing 12 volts. the battery is brand new and voltage regulator was replaced last year. I happened to touch the housing on my front NAV lights and it was extremely hot. Sounds like a short, but I am not an electrical expert. The manual is no help. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this?"
