Help Volvo 280 suspension H fork cracked not tilting

What a great forum by the way,,,
I own a 86 18' Bayliner Capri 5.0.
The other day I noticed left hinge of my hook up fork has been broken off. I see my rod moving in and out but nothing to push on to.
Eventually I'll need to ger a used H fork to work on.
How hard is it to replace one of these?
How do I do it?
I would appreciate it if any one can shed some lights.

Since you are in Washington, this drive may have been exposed to salt water. So use heat on the aluminum hing pin ears before attempting to remove either the locking bolts or the pins!
They are also very soft..... use a brass/aluminum punch only or you may expand them beyond salvage!
