Edelbrock 1409 fuel line question

I'm preparing to replace m

I'm preparing to replace my 30 year old Carter AFBs with new 1409s and it looks like the fuel line needs to be replaced also - due to a difference in fittings. Can someone confirm - are they indeed different?

"Use the inlet fitting from your old Carter AFB. It fits perfectly. Have one on both of mine, by the way.
