how to remove the pump from th

how to remove the pump from the stainless steel short shaft in the V BELT housing is the question---is this pump assembly "pressed" in the V BELT housing and can you use a seal/gear puller to remove the pump from the shaft and press new one back in or what----this pump/bearings lasted 10 yrs and 600 hrs of saltwater fishing ---THX Two
 
just installed my new V belt s

just installed my new V belt sea pump from V/P---$318 and has a year warranty----had to clean V-belt pulleys --->> alt. and circulating pump V pulleys as rust was in grooves and will EAT a new belt up-----pump is nice and quite---AND no leaks or fine mist----next thing to go from this problem is the Alternator---but hope not
