"Had the boat out this weekend
"Had the boat out this weekend. Drove a couple miles down the lake and it ran fine. Shut it off and fished for a while. Started it up and took off and the heat gauge started rising and didn't stop, shut it down when it got to 210 (have never seen it over 140). looked it over couldn't see anything externally wrong with the motor. So waited a while and started it back up, and cooled down rite away so drove back to the dock. Fished awhile and started it same thing started getting hot so shut it off started it againg and was fine. sorry for the long story....
Thinking i'll change the thermistat first see if that does it.
Anyone agree or disagree any advice would be appreciated."
