Hey new here. just got my gran

Hey new here. just got my grandfathers imp that has been sitting for 6 years in the garage. I put a new transom seal on and i am about to put a new water pump assy. on. My question is what kind of lower unit I have or what model number it is. I think it is an electric shift. it has two wires going into it. the motor is a 307 chevy the lower unit has a 225 h.p. on it. and is there any problems i should expect or look for with this combo or boat. thank you

In 1973 it was called "The OMC Sterndrive", no other model name per se. OMC had only made one design at that time. All 1964-1977 are electric shift.
