"check Yamaha Outboard Performance Bullitins for your specific boat/motor fuel/performance charts showing MPH,GPH,MPG,at different RPM's. at full throttle a large, well-tuned motor can really suck the fuel, best efficiency usually on plane in the 3500RPM range. Good Luck!http://www.marineengine.com/discus/clipart/happy.gif"

"I HOPE there is a leak some where,I'm going to print this ou tand give it to him so he knows, otherwise,he's gonna want to get rid of it.I would not doubt that it is giong to suck fuel, its an 18ft sea swirl and they are heavy,I know its tuned right cuz' I DID IT so chances are this is the reality for him, see,it never ran RIGHT til now!!"
