Can someone please explain to

Can someone please explain to me how to upload a pic I hit the upload attatchment and it does nothing? I have ESA questions and i have pics that will probally help alot. Thanks

"Go and open a free account at Photobucket. Then, all you have to do is post an url HERE....and it will open to full size when you click on it.
