I have a slight oil leak comin

I have a slight oil leak coming from the end of the cam shaft on the front of my 2003 engine. How would i go about fixing this? Is it a sign of worse things to come?

"What make and model is the engine? Is there an oil seal or a cover with a gasket at the end of the cam?
Contrary to what BW stated oil leaks without any other symptoms are usually just that, a leak.
Unless the leak is coming from a main seal they are usually easy to repair."

Thanks very much. My engine is the Volvo Penta 2003 HT. There is no seal at the end of the shaft. The seal is internal.
 
I have a TAMD61A with an oil l

I have a TAMD61A with an oil leak under the heat exchanger and above the oil sump seal. Basically out of eye sight even with a mirror. Any idea if there is a plug in this vicinity? The workshop manual and engine photo's are no help!

Solved the problem! There are only holes on this side of the engine with 'o'rings for seals. 5 of them.
