"I recently purchased a War Eagle 648 with a Yamaha F15ESHW 4-stroke outboard. Bought it as is from a family member who did not use it for a long time but took good care of it. I fixed a sticky float needle overflowing gasoline and cleaned carburetor.
Dumped the old gas in the tank.
Now it starts and idles ok but when you accelerate, it dies out. If you rev the throttle before it dies, it will accelerate. I have cleaned and adjusted the gap on the NGK spark plugs to no avail.
