"Likely an easy question; I have a slight leak coming from the oil filter around the rubber gasket, on both engines (M440). I thought this would go away when I changed the oil/filter (Baldwin). But has started again with the change (both engines again). I did put oil on the rubber seal and the filter is on hand tight. Anyone else experience this? Hints, suggestions, anecdotes?

"Is there an intermediate adapter between the filter and the block? If so, the gasket there could be leaking.
