"Hello,
I have a 1998 Suzuki DT140 two stroke with fuel injection. It starts, idles, and runs fine at any rpm except 2000rpm. Tried changing the spark plugs and that didnt help. When running at 2000rpm only it will surge.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance"

I have a older dt140 it will not stay at 200 either
it will run great at 1800 or at 2200 but its the devil to hold it 2000
 
I was wondering about the affe

I was wondering about the affects of an intermittent throttle body sensor. I'm sure there are 15 other things that could be wrong with the complicated sensors and outputs from the ECU but the throttle body would have to cycle to the exact same place when you hit 2000 RPMS. May not be anything to my thought.
 
I changed all the common stuff

I changed all the common stuff and tested it a little last weekend and it ran fine. I will give it a thorough test next week and let you know.
