Oil leak in air vent

"i have an 1992 90hp 4 strokee

"i have an 1992 90hp 4 strokeengine, there is an oil leak that pop on the small vent (what looks like an small air vent), Does anybody know what could be the problem???"
 
"Sounds like lower water pump

"Sounds like lower water pump seals. As the oil is fed to the upper drive shaft bearing, it seeps thru the worn seals and into the water pick up. Remove the g/box assy and dismantle the water pump. Replace the 2 seals and be sure to refit the new seals the same way the old ones were removed."
