Flushing a DT15C

Is ther a special part to flus

Is ther a special part to flush a dt15c? I screw the flushhose into the motor and all the water comes out the bottom. Is there a special part to close off the bottom? Any help would be appreciated.

"If you submerse the lower unit in a tub of water it will flush with no problem. A bit of a pain, but it works."
