"Hi we have a 1989 Rienel 89 with 5.7 liter V8 OMC cobra stern drive. Have read hastings report and replaced the lower shift cable. *It's still having problems shifting and now the other cable something or either popped off my BF says so we now need to replace it too. He thinks if we replace the shift assembly that might do it, any help or advise?"
