"My 1995 115hp 2 stroke fresh water outboard runs smoothly at rpm's under about 3000 for extended times but if rpm's are upped to above about 3600 for a while(10 min.) it goes into alarm and slow mode until idled for a short while. When not in alarm the alarm arrow points at the green box and stays there when in alarm.(no change). The indicator water stream is strong, no steam, can put hands on engine when in alarm. Oil reservoirs are full, engine appears to be getting oil(visible smoke).Plese..any suggestions?"
