"My DF 90 is running rough? I get a heavy, vibration some times when I am running.
My boat go over 3000 rpm"
 
I'd start by checking for

I'd start by checking for bad fuel change/clean fuel filters. Do you have a 10 Micron installed? try changing your low pressure filter (needs to be changed every 200 hrs or 12 months) your high pressure filter should be ok (change every 4000 hours) Take a sample of fuel look for water sediment. Check your plugs and look for carbon build up and proper gap. Hope this helps.
