I am currently running the above engine. I have noticed over the last few days that the engine temp when running ay 2300 rpm is 3 degrees hotter than the normal 82 degrees. The temp drop backs down to 82 degrees at idle and only increase at running speed. I have ordered a new cam, cover plate and impeller as I have been told this is the possible cause. Can anyone please tell me if they think that the above is correct and can I continue to run the engine as described above until the new parts arrive.
