I was just given a 1994 Celebr

I was just given a 1994 Celebrity Bowrider with a 1994 Mercruiser 4.3LX Alpha One motor. After and oil change and adding gas we decided to try to start is today. Lowered the outdrive into the muff but now the outdrive will not go up! How can I get it up? Also where is the trailer trim button on this thing?

Depending on the control you have (take a picture and upload it here) but you should have a 1" Square button about 1/2 the way down the handle from the top. That is the trailering button (which lets the drive go past where the trim Limit switch stops it) If that doesn't work try jumping the UP Solenoid at the pump (the one with the BLUE wire) It could be a bad relay or dirty connection.

Doing a search in the forum will provide you with enough information for you to repair and diagnose further
