I have a bravo 1 with a hole i

I have a bravo 1 with a hole in the power trim hydraulic "up" hose. How does one get to it at the stern for replacement?

Look uder the drive behind the hose junction for a plate. Hose must be pulled thru. Attach a heavy duty slim cord to pull the new one through; grease it.
 
I am talking about the inside

I am talking about the inside of the boat behind the engine were the hose connects in the stern area. How do I connect the hose from the trim motor to the area at the stern. Is it possible without moving anything like the exhaust manifolds?
 
remove trim manifold with the

remove trim manifold with the 2 1/4" nuts on the outside of boat and do like guy says. (not the exhaust)
