"I have a Nissan 1998 30hp (NS30A4)
It will start and run fine for awhile, about 30 minutes or so (sometimes even days), but then it will die when it idles,becomes hard to start and starts running bad at lower speeds. However it will run good at higher speeds. I noticed a lot of gas pooling inside the air box in front of the carburetor.
It has a new fuel pump, fuel filter, rebuilt carburetor and new spark plugs, I also have switch the gas several times. I am sure it is not bad gas.
Someone said it might be the reed valves or possible and ignition problem?"
