1970 70HP Power Pack

I have a 1970 70 HP Chrysler.

I have a 1970 70 HP Chrysler. It has the big black power pack munted on three rubber studs. One is broken... any idea where to get one?

Also only runs at about half speed... a am told this could be the ground to the power pack problem... but there does not seem to be a ground. On the bottom right corner ther is a bolt hole that does not go all the way through the pack with nothing in it. Is there a peice missing?

"You probably have points in that unit. They will bounce pretty bad if they were replaced by automotive points (they look exactly the same). Your ground comes off the terminal bar. If it fires at all, then it's working.

You may have to go to "Twincities outboard" for that "lord mount" Maybe "discount marine" 908-466-2180 I have not dealt personally with any of these so good luck."
