Serial # 3B2-1 23222 I think about 1992 I had it in last year and the mechanic said that to fix the "Stiff" turning the whole engine has to be disassembled. Huge Deal to Replace the stearing shaft bearings. He figured that the grease had just frozen around the shaft. Is this really a big deal to do it does not look like it to me from the outside. Am I missing something? Is Clymer the best for a diagram? Can anyone tell from my serial # what year it really is?
