I took apart my carburetor on
I took apart my carburetor on my 2001 15hp 4-stroke yesterday. Since it was the first time in there I did not know whether the small tube with about 3 small holes in it and drops down is supposed to float or whether it is stationary. Mine was stationary and I don't know if that was due to gumming. This is the tube that sits below the white cap on top of the carb near the air intake side.
