Curious about my Merc 43lx

Been reading lots of the posts and this board seems very knowledgable. Im just curions, I have a 1988 Searay with a Merc 4.3LX thunderbolt? At leas thats what it says on the plastic cover. 3 questions:

1 - What is the HP of my engine?
2 - The waterpump seems like the berings are weak (the pully wiggles). Is that a regular waterpump or do i need a marine pump? (not the impeller)
3 - My exhust bellow is, well missing. There is a rubber boot about 5 inches long on the transom side of it. Should i replace it or will it still all be fine if i leave it as is?
