What prop do I need

"I have a 220 HP V8 Mercruiser

"I have a 220 HP V8 Mercruiser. I have a 4 blade stainless steel prop on the lower unit. However, I don't have nearly the come out of the hole power that I would like to have. I believe I have a 21P prop on it now. I know I can change the prop to give me more out of the hole power and sacrifice the top end speed. I also know that it affects the rpm of the engine and could damage the engine if I get the wrong prop. Any suggestions as to what type of prop could do the trick or where I could go to make sure that I don't get the wrong one?"

also Scott you may want to look around on your engine or in the general area and see what the manufactuar recomends for WOT mine is right on top of the valve pan but i have a different motor
