"Hi All, I have a Force 75 on

"Hi All, I have a Force 75 on my Bayliner which for some reason will not start. This is the first time we have tried to start the engine this year. Battery has been charged, plugs cleaned, but I have no power, the power trim will not activate. We have checked all fuses and there appears to be no issue. We have also checked both trim relays - again both seem to be working ok. We seem to have no power at the helm.."
 
Do you have a multi-meter ? or

Do you have a multi-meter ? or test light ? you need to start at the battery and work from there. Check the harness inside the engine.
You may want to grab a manual or ask someone to send you a picture of the wiring diagram.
