"I have a Suzuki 65hp, I have recently replaced the water pump and impeller. I am having problems with it peeing some days it works other days its just dribbles out."

There should be a turnbuckle t

There should be a turnbuckle that you have to unscrew which disconnects the shift shaft rods. and then it should drop down.
