"i have a 93 tohatsu 25hp 2 stroke when i started it this year exhaust was coming out the water blow hole and the lower pivot mount are, I know the water pump is pumping because water will pump out the flush out hole when not blocked, Im not sure how to go about this, do u know what might be clogged?"

"I would urge you to take it into a dealer and have them take a look at it. The cooling system isn't complex, but you may have had a casting corrode over the last 17 years."
