"I need to store my engine for several months so I have gone through the usual winterizing procedures (fuel stabilizer, changed fluids, fogged the cylinders). But I don't see any reference to draining the VST in either the owner's or shop manual. I thought that this was a standard thing to do with fuel injected engines. Is a good practice for a DF40? If so, is there a vent port at the top of the tank that needs to be opened?"
