"how do you set the controles on 115hp got forward but that is it any one have a pic any help would be good ,thanks"

"First get them in the cradle

"First get them in the cradle with the cross band slot in the slot of the cable.

Next make sure the control box is in neutral.

Shift the lower till you are right in the middle of neutral and screw the cable end with the single socket- no spring load-- on the cable till it all lines up with the snap ball and connect.

Now find the cable end with the spring load. (it's bigger round and longer.) move the control handle into gear and just start the throttle cable moving about 1/8th of an inch.(you may need to kick the prop to get it to engage)

Screw that end on the cable and snap it down and return to neutral. (don't force it in case you got the cable end on to far.)

You should now have some pre-load on the throttle when in neutral, and that will keep the throttle from revving before the complete shift takes place."
