Resevoir not maintaining level

"Help!! Replaced black box, pump, filter. Oil tank does not maintain or refill on it's own. I can manually refill with switch on black box. 89 saltwater series 200hp. Any ideas?"

My boat had this problem. One of the grounds had corrosion and caused this problem. Check all and clean.
