"I have a Montgomery Ward Sea King seven and a half hp outboard. Went to go start it up the other day, and it started just fine and idled well, but upon an increase in throttle, a lot of smoke came from the exhaust. Also, after I turned off the motor, there was a lot of gas and oil that was present on the surface of the water in the container that I was running the motor in. Any suggestions...?"
